The Tie-Out is a small product inside Creytix. When a role opens it will be listed on this page with its scope and its pay range, not a range we would negotiate down from.
What the work actually is
Read a statute. Argue about what it really requires, then turn that into a rule carrying an id, a version, a citation and the date it was retrieved. Then defend the rule when a real record disagrees with it. Closer to bookkeeping and legal drafting than to prompt writing.
The engine decides. The model only asks the question in plain words and explains the answer, which means anyone hoping to make a language model compute a tax figure would be unhappy here before lunch on the first day.
What we would look for
- A CPA or enrolled agent who is tired of reconstructing shoeboxes in March.
- An engineer who writes the test before the rule and cites the source in the code.
- Anyone who can tell a founder bad news clearly and without softening it.
