Quarterly estimated tax calendar
Calendar-year federal estimates commonly fall on April 15, June 15, September 15, and January 15 of the following year. State dates differ.
Self-employed and pass-through owners often pay 1040-ES estimates because no employer is withholding.
An S-corp adds payroll deposits on a different cadence from 1040-ES. Mixing those two calendars is a common miss.
Creytix Tax will not compute your exact voucher amounts in Wave 0. It will list the federal dates and send you to a CPA with the books.
When AI later summarizes a return or notice, IRC §7216 / Pub 4557 consent applies before tax-return information leaves the tenant boundary.
